Nurses must attest to 7 hours of AIDS Education Training. Proof is not required with the application but can be requested any time within 2 years of approval.
Temporary licenses are only issued while other required documents are being processed. There are additional steps that must be completed to receive a permanent license.
Additional Information
Licenses Expired Over 3 Years:
- Nurses must include a copy of a current active license from another state.
- Nurses must also complete the Washington State Board of Nursing refresher course.
