It takes approximately 30 days to receive a temporary license Delaware after all necessary documents have been received – the license is valid for 30 days (must not have any prior convictions or disciplinary action to obtain).

To receive a temporary license in Delaware you must also have a current job offer in the state of Delaware.

Reinstatement:

  • In Delaware, RN licenses expire on February 28th, May 31st, or September 30th of odd years only.
  • Reinstatement must submit proof of 30 hours of CEU and also have a criminal background check completed.
