GIFTED is hiring: VP, Recruitment

We are experiencing exceptional growth and are currently looking for a talented and motivated VP, Recruitment. This position may be filled in Metairie, LA or Plano, TX.

The VP, Recruitment is responsible for the oversight and management of all recruiting initiatives for our Travel, Long Term and PRN nurses and reports to the President. This position is responsible for the development and execution of all fulfillment strategies of Gifted Healthcare to achieve and exceed its growth objectives.

Primary Expectations and Objectives of the VP, Recruitment:

  • Provide leadership, coaching, support and vision to the Recruitment Teams and support a creative, collaborative, teamwork approach that aligns with our core values and our Gifted mission
  • Responsible for the management and overall results of all Recruitment Teams
  • Evaluate the recruiting function and maintain a high standard of effectiveness and performance to fill open orders to exceed proforma
  • Grow and build strong partnerships throughout the organization
  • Assess, implement and advise leadership on all sourcing and recruiting initiatives including the use of best practices, systems, and approaches.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, processes and policies to achieve company objectives
  • Develop, implement and manage recruiting metrics to measure individual, team, and organizational productivity and ROI
  • Ensure the teams meet and exceed performance targets that impact market share, revenue growth, and overall designated branch profit goal achievement
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret business metric data/reports to identify specific critical key indicators for process improvement opportunities leading to optimize business outcomes and for individual and team performance management
  • Proactively collaborate with Marketing and the Division Directors to utilize a variety of recruitment tactics
  • Participate as a contributing member of the Senior Leadership team, leading special projects as requested by the President
  • Provide timely and consultative feedback to Division Directors regarding requisitions and recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with documentation in RSS/ TSS and adherence of team with work rules
  • Responsible to identify company/team areas for improvement on an ongoing basis
  • Provide superb internal and external customer service and promote and exemplify Gifted Healthcare’s values –  Go Go, Integrity, Fun, Trust, Exceeds Expectations, Dignity

  • Lead Gifted Healthcare in the marketplace as an executive, setting an example to the values and benefits and contributing to the overall growth of the company
  • Strategically work across the organization to drive growth by efficiently and effectively hiring top talent in all divisions
  • Subject matter expert on all recruiting systems and procedures
  • Proactive, with a clear sense of purpose when faced with diverse situational challenges
  • Excel at partnering with all core business operations to significantly increase the company’s footprint, expand market share, and generate sustainable revenue and gains
  • Manage Recruitment Teams to perform and meet goal objectives and metrics
  • Full compliance with documentation, reporting requirements and established work rules

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years management experience in recruitment
  • Proven ability to manage a large team and hold them accountable for goals
