NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – Dennis Ducham has joined GIFTED Healthcare as Chief Executive Officer as of June 2021. GIFTED Healthcare provides creative workforce solutions for healthcare partners across the U.S., and is an industry thought leader with an established culture of individual empowerment and innovation for its team members.
As CEO Ducham collaborates closely with Chief Operating Officer Mary Kay Molbert and President of Strategic Growth Mullady Voelker. He leads the company’s day to day operations, which includes working with 175 employees who manage and place as many as 5,000 nurses and frontline workers in U.S. hospitals and healthcare facilities each year. As the company continues to navigate the pandemic and its effect on healthcare services, Ducham brings a proven track record of success to his position.

Ducham has worked in staffing and healthcare operations for more than two decades. After holding leadership roles at American Hospital Supply and Pepsi, Ducham joined Staffing of Chicago where he was President/CEO when it was sold to Adecco in 2000. After roles as the CEO for CCP Global and President/COO of AMR/ProNurse he started Global Recruiters of Pleasanton, an executive search firm specializing in the staffing industry. In 2012, Ducham became the CEO of Mediscan, an Allied Health and School-Based Therapy firm which was eventually sold to Cross Country Healthcare.
Originally from Midland, Michigan, Ducham earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Michigan State University and is on the Advisor Board for MSU’s Broad College of Business. Ducham and his wife of 37 years reside in the California Bay Area. The couple have four children and two grandchildren.
