We are excited to announce that GIFTED Healthcare CEO, Dennis Ducham, has been named among this list of influential staffing leaders throughout North America who helped their businesses successfully emerge from one of the most difficult periods in recent world history.  

Ducham, a 20-year staffing industry veteran, is committed to fostering a company culture of compassion and resilience that prioritizes a balance of technological innovation and human connection in the delivery of care. Under Ducham’s leadership, the GIFTED team places and supports more than 5,000 clinicians and health professionals annually in healthcare facilities and schools across the US, while maintaining a net promoter score that is well above industry average.
